About
Research Before Assumption
Berean Regulatory Research was created around a simple principle: important conclusions should be tested against evidence.
USDA inspection reports, citation language, and OIG audits sit in separate portals and PDFs. A livestock operation or exhibitor that needs a packet should not have to reconstruct that record from scratch each time.
Berean hosts that material in a searchable warehouse and uses pattern matching so those public records can become an organized, reviewable evidence packet—still tied to the source, still subject to human review.
The firm is an independent research and analytics organization. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and is not affiliated with USDA or any other government agency.

Why “Berean”?
The name is inspired by the Bereans described in Acts 17:11, who were known for examining information carefully rather than accepting claims without verification. That principle—careful examination of evidence—is reflected in the company’s approach to research.
Audience
Who We Serve
The warehouse is built for operations that live with USDA Animal Care inspection, citation, and OIG records—and for the people who advise them. The product is a source-supported evidence packet for a defined question.
Livestock and mixed-use operations
Farms and agricultural businesses that show animals, hold mixed dealer activity, or otherwise appear in APHIS inspection history and need that record assembled—not assumed.
Licensed exhibitors
Zoos, traveling exhibits, and other exhibitor-class operations that need inspection narratives, citation numbers, and comparable facility history in one packet.
Breeders and dealers
Licensed breeders and dealers who need to see how the same citation language or veterinary-care finding has appeared across similar certificates and sites.
Peafowl and specialty-bird operations
Animal Care-adjacent bird exhibitors and related businesses whose inspection record is public but not organized for a specific question.
Advisors to those operations
Consultants and counsel who need independent, source-supported research they can review with a client. Berean delivers the packet. It does not give legal advice.
Next step
A hosted warehouse of USDA inspection and OIG records—searched, pattern-matched, and delivered as evidence packets.
We host the public record, search it, match patterns across it, and assemble what the sources support.
